The Penny the Bear (Ursa Major) Story :: 2018 Edition

“As told though the voice of our niece, Olive, this is the story of Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson’s art project from 2016 called Ursa Major, whom several were overheard calling Penny the Bear. This is also an introduction to our 2017 project, Ursa Mater (Mother Bear). In 2018, Ursa Major was included in ‘No Spectators: The Art of Burning Man,’ an exhibition at the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum.”
